REFUND POLICY

Duroweld offers a 14 day right of return on all products sold to a customer if it is returned in “as new” condition, in the original packaging, and with the purchase receipt. Any refund excludes freight costs

If you have a faulty product, first contact the retailer you purchased the product from. Duroweld may, as agreed with the retailer and customer, repair or replace the product, or provide a complete refund for the product.

Refunds will be made in the same form as the purchase payment within 7 working days of the return.
